🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays, or over weekends/holidays, will be processed the next business day.
You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. (International shipping may be added in the future.)

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): £3.99

• Express Shipping (1–3 business days): £5.99

• Free delivery on orders over £60

Shipping times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

📍 Shipping Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

​❌ Failed Deliveries or Returned Packages

If a delivery is refused or returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed attempts, we may charge for re-delivery.
