
📄 RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At DIY Pro Grout Kits, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
This policy explains your rights and how returns are handled.
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unused and unopened

Items must be in original packaging

Items must be in resellable condition
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if goods show signs of use or damage.
Due to the nature of professional materials, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless faulty.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
4. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

We will arrange a replacement or full refund
We may request the item be returned before issuing a refund.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
